Super simple! Just blanch some almonds, peel them, and grind with a bit of water until smooth. Voilà, almond paste!

I do this all the time. Boil almonds for a couple of minutes, remove the skins, then blend with water or milk until creamy. Add a bit of sugar for sweetness.

Skip the fancy stuff! Just blend almonds with a little bit of water. Use milk if you're feeling extra indulgent.

Trust me, once you make your own, you won't go back to store-bought. Blanch and peel the almonds, blend with a bit of water, and you're good to go.
