Just toss chicken, canned tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, curry powder, and coconut milk into your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and enjoy! No need to brown anything beforehand.

Skip the browning, throw everything in the slow cooker, and let it do its thing. Easy peasy!

Brown the onions, garlic, and spices first for extra flavor. Then, into the slow cooker, add chicken, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. I've done it this way, and it comes out perfect every time!

Start by browning some onions, garlic, and ginger in a pan. Add your favorite curry spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, etc.), then transfer everything to the slow cooker. Add chicken pieces, a can of coconut milk, and some chopped tomatoes. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. delicious!
