Just buy it online. Saves you time and probably looks better.
I made mine using an EVA foam base, then added layers for the details. After that, I painted it black and gold. Took me a weekend but it looks epic.
You can 3D print Zero's mask. There are plenty of printable files available online. Just download, print, and paint it.
