To make food in Stardew Valley, first, you gotta have a kitchen. Upgrade your farmhouse at Robin’s carpentry shop to get one. Once you have a kitchen, you can cook any recipe you know as long as you have the ingredients. Get recipes from watching the Queen of Sauce TV show, from villagers, or by leveling up your skills!

Just upgrade your house to get a kitchen, then it's cooking time! Ingredients can be found, grown, or bought. Recipes are everywhere - TV, friends, and books. Cook up something yummy!

You don't. Just eat raw fish you catch or munch on the raw crops. Who needs a kitchen anyway? #RawIsLaw

Pro tip: Some dishes restore a lot of energy and health, so experiment with different recipes. I once survived an entire mine expedition on nothing but a stack of Sashimi. Easy to make and so worth it.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
