How to Make Money Early in Stardew Valley
DroppingSway路8 months agoFishing! It's honestly a great way to rack up some quick cash in the early days. Plus, you can find treasure chests while you're at it, which sometimes contain valuable items or even more money. Just make sure you upgrade your rod as soon as you can afford it for even better catches.

Don't sleep on foraging. Each season has specific items you can forage and sell. Spring is especially lucrative with wild horseradish, daffodils, and leeks just lying around. Selling foraged goods is a great way to make money without any investment.
Mining. Once you've got the basics on your farm settled, head into the mines. The deeper you go, the more valuable the ores and gems you'll find. Plus, you can fight monsters for loot. Just be careful not to faint!
Farming is your best bet. Start with crops that have a quick turnaround like parsnips and then move on to more profitable ones like strawberries (if you can get them during the Spring Egg Festival). Remember to water them every day!
Imo, just enjoy the game and money will come. Rushing for cash early on kinda misses the point of enjoying Stardew life. But hey, to each their own, right?
