Don't overthink it, just pickle everything! I threw in a cauliflower once, and it was the best decision I've made in the game. Pickled cauliflower is a hot commodity in Pelican Town.

Just put any veggie in a Preserves Jar. Wait. Boom, pickles!

To make pickles in Stardew Valley, you need a Preserves Jar. First, get your hands on one by crafting it with 50 wood, 40 stone, and 8 coal. Then, just toss in any vegetable (sorry, fruit fans, fruits become jelly here) and wait a couple of days. Boom! Pickles ready for your farming pleasure or to sell for some extra G.

FYI: You can't make pickles from fruits. Fruits turn into jelly in the Preserves Jar, not pickles. So stick to vegetables for your pickling adventures.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
