How to make shadows in Geometry Dash icon
ReplyingTheft路7 months agoMaking shadows in your Geometry Dash icon adds that cool depth effect, making your icon pop! First up, you gotta choose your base icon. Then, select a darker shade of the main color or black for your shadow. Position your shadow in a way that it appears on one side of the icon, imitating a light source from the opposite side. This adds a 3D effect. Lastly, play around with the opacity to make sure it blends well. It's all about trial and error, so have fun experimenting!

Just add a darker layer beneath your main icon layer, lower its opacity a bit, and shift it slightly to any side as if light's coming from the opposite direction. Simple and effective!
Honestly, why bother? The icon looks fine without shadows. Focus on gameplay!
