How to Make Someone Moderator on Discord
Super easy! Just go to your server settings, click on 'Roles', create a new role or choose an existing one, and set up the permissions you want the mod to have. Then assign that role to the user. Done and dusted!

First-hand tip: I set this up for my gaming server last week. Go to 'Server Settings', click 'Roles', create a new role or modify one, and give it the permissions you want. After that, just assign that role to the person you want to be a mod. Takes just a few minutes!
In the server settings, create a 'Moderator' role with the permissions you prefer, then assign this role to anyone you want to make a mod.
Just make a role with mod permissions and assign it to the chosen user. Simple as that.
