Alt + Space, then hit 'S' and use the arrow keys to resize! Who needs a mouse anyway? :P

You can't miss that simple drag and resize option. Just click and pull the corners or edges!

Hit the 'Restore Down' button in the top-right corner if you're in full screen, then manually resize the window by dragging the edges.
