To make a Wisp in Valheim, you need to collect Wisp Cores dropped by certain enemies and craft a Wisp Torch using a Hammer. It's your light in the misty biomes!

First, defeat some Surtlings to grab Wisp Cores, then use your Hammer to craft a Wisp Torch. Keep those misty areas lit!

You get Wisps from killing Surtlings in the Swamp biome. Once you have enough, craft a Wisp Torch with wood and a wisp core. Easy peasy!

Kill Surtlings in the Swamp, gather Wisp Cores, and craft a Wisp Torch using the Hammer. Ta-da, you have a Wisp!

Honestly, just collect Wisp Cores from the Swamps and craft Wisp Torches. It's straightforward.
