Remember, you can give her two gifts per week, plus one on her birthday (Spring 14) to boost that relationship fast. Once you hit 8 hearts, don't forget to grab the Mermaid's Pendant from the Old Mariner by the beach on a rainy day to propose.
Pro tip from someone who's been there: Haley starts off a bit... tough to crack. But stick with it!
