Marrying Harvey is all about winning his heart! First step, make sure to talk to him every day - he's usually at the clinic. Gifts are key; he loves Coffee, Pickles, Super Meal, Truffle Oil, and Wine. Especially on his birthday, 14th of Winter, gift him something nice for extra points. You'll need to give him a bouquet from Pierre's shop once you hit 8 hearts to show your romantic interest. Keep increasing that affection until you reach 10 hearts, and then you can propose with a Mermaid's Pendant!
