Just get a PayPal Cash Card! You can use it directly like a bank account with Cash App.
You can't directly transfer money between PayPal and Cash App, so use a bank account as a bridge.
From personal experience, the PayPal-to-bank-to-Cash App route works like a charm. Takes a couple of days, though!
