How to move objects in Stardew Valley
To move objects in Stardead Valley, just walk up to the item you want to move, right-click (or tap, if you're on mobile) to pick it up, and then click or tap again where you want to place it. Super simple! Make sure your inventory has space though, or you won't be able to pick it up.

Just aim well. Game's finicky sometimes about placing things exactly where you want. Practice makes perfect!
If it's furniture you're trying to move, just make sure you're not wielding any tools. Otherwise, you might accidentally use the tool instead of grabbing the item. So, empty hand, right-click, and voila, redecorating made easy!
u can't move all objects lol. Some stuff like big rocks and trees need tools to get rid off first before you can do anything with that space.
Hot take: Moving objects is sometimes more hassle than it's worth. Why redecorate when you can farm more turnips?
