Build a pen next to your boars, remove the walls, and then lure them with food. Rebuild the pen once you're at the new spot. Simple and effective!

I found the best way is to dismantle your fences, let them follow you with some tasty mushrooms in hand, and then rebuild the pen at the new location. It's like leading a piggy parade!
