To move a wooden chest in Stardew Valley, you first gotta make sure it's empty. Can't move a chest full of your prized turnips and ancient seeds! Once it's empty, just whack it with your axe or pickaxe, and it'll pop into your inventory. Then, you can place it anywhere you like. Just make sure you don't accidentally hit it when it's full, or you'll be in for a bad time trying to sort all your stuff again.

Simple answer: Empty it, then hit it with an axe or pickaxe. Boom, ready to move.

Honestly, just sell the stuff you don't need and keep your farm tidy. Who needs to move chests when you can live the minimalist farm life?

I moved my entire chest collection once by emptying each one and hitting them with a pickaxe. Took forever, but it was worth it to reorganize my farm. Pro tip: Plan your layout first so you won't have to do it twice!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
