Take your hammer, middle-click to destroy the bench, and then just rebuild it in the new spot. Easy peasy!

You can't actually move a workbench directly. Just dismantle it with your hammer and rebuild it where you want it!

Trust me, I've moved my workbench more times than I can count. Just use the hammer to dismantle it and then place it wherever you need it.

Pro tip: you gotta dismantle the workbench entirely and then build it again. It's annoying but works!
