To dive into multiplayer in Stardew Valley on your Switch, one of you needs to own a cabin for each additional player, which you can get from Robin, the carpenter. Make sure everyone's on the same WiFi, then open your game to multiplayer from the menu and have your friends join through the Co-op option. Remember, you all need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to play together!

I played multiplayer Stardew Valley on Switch with my friends, and it's super easy to set up. Just ensure you鈥檝e got cabins for everyone, and everyone's got an online subscription. The game does a great job guiding you through the setup. Trust me, it鈥檚 worth the bit of setup for the hours of fun you'll have together.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
