Just exit Among Us temporarily, go to the Discord app, and hit the mute button directly in your voice channel. Get back to the game and you'll be good to go!

Simplest way is to use the in-game overlay on mobile. But if your phone doesn't support that, just lower the Discord volume through your phone's notification center or control center while you're playing.

I use a Bluetooth headset that can mute calls easily. Just double-tap the earpiece and it mutes Discord without leaving the game. Works perfect for me!
