Keep an eye out for any grab attempts and hit 1+2 as soon as you see it coming. It will break the throw every time!
Online, it's all about predicting their game plan. If you see them throwing a lot, start mashing throw breaks preemptively.
Honestly, just sidestep when you think they're going for a throw. Evasion > reaction!
