You need to go to the Wall building, tap on it, and then select the 'Open Gate' option. Easy peasy!
Make sure you're in the Wall building first. There's an 'Open Gate' button in the Defense settings. Just click it and you're good to go!
Opening the gate can be risky! Only do it if you're sure you can handle an attack.
Just go to the Wall, find the Defense options, and set the Gate to 'Open.' Simple as that!
