To open the mines in Stardew Valley, you just have to wait until the 5th day of Spring in your first year. You'll get a letter in your mailbox from Joja Corp, saying that the previously blocked passage in the Mountains has been cleared. Head to the northeast of the Carpenter's Shop, and voila, the entrance to the mines is ready for your spelunking adventures!

Just play till the 5th of Spring, dude. Check your mail, head to the mountains, and start mining!

The mines automatically open early in the game (5th of Spring), no special action required. Just follow the story's natural progression, and you'll get there. Perfect time to gear up and explore for ores and precious stones!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
