Pausing in Stardew Valley is super chill! Just hit the 'E' button if you're gaming on a PC to bring up your inventory, and boom, time stops. If you're on a console or mobile, no worries, just open up your menu (it's usually the 'Start' or equivalent button), and you've effectively paused the game. Great for when life needs you or you just need a break to plan your next farm move!

Actually, there's no 'pause' in life, and Stardew Valley knows it. If you're at a festival or in a cutscene, remember, you can't pause. So, use those bathroom breaks wisely!

Hot take: Just leave your character standing still. Nature's pause button, right? Sure, it's not the same as stopping time, but it lets you catch your breath without missing a beat in Pelican Town.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
