To place a hearth in Valheim, just select it from the 'Build' menu, then find a flat surface inside your home, and voila, you'll have warmth and a place to cook!

Make sure you've got plenty of stone and a good bit of room to place the hearth. It's a little bigger than it looks in the menu!

Just click the hammer, navigate to the hearth in the crafting menu, then click where you want it. Simple as that.
