You need to have a Forge first. After that, use your hammer's build menu to place the Bellows close to it.

To place bellows in Valheim, you need a forge nearby and then select the bellows from the crafting menu and place it close to the forge. Easy peasy Viking squeezy!

Bellows go brrrr when you place them near the forge! Just use your hammer's crafting menu and put them close. That simple.
