You have to craft an item stand first! Then equip the head you want to display, cursor over it, and hit the middle mouse button. Easy peasy!

To place heads in Valheim, first, you need an item stand. Craft one using 4 Fine Wood and 1 Bronze Nail. Then, use your hammer to place the item stand on a wall or floor. Finally, equip the head you want to display, look at the item stand, and press the middle mouse button to attach the head. Congrats, you've got a new trophy on display!

Done it a million times! Just use the hammer to place an item stand, then use the middle mouse button while holding the head to mount it. It's that simple.

Item stands are what you need. Think of them as shelves for your monster trophies!
