I planted my melon seeds in a 3x3 pattern and actually got a giant melon! It's not a myth, guys. Water them every day and with a little luck, you could get your own giant fruit. It's a great way to impress your fellow Stardew Valley neighbors.

Planting melon seeds in Stardew Valley is easy peasy! First up, make sure you're in Summer coz melons won't grow in any other season. Get your hoe and till the soil, then place your melon seeds in the tilled soil. Don't forget to water them every day until they're all grown up, which takes about 12 days. Pro tip: plant them in a 3x3 grid if you're dreaming of a giant melon!

Just toss those melon seeds in the ground during Summer, water daily, and boom鈥攎elons in about 12 days. Easiest farming you'll ever do.
