To plant Winter Seeds in Stardew Valley, first make sure you're in Winter season since they only grow then. You'll need to till the soil using your Hoe, then plant the Winter Seeds just like any other crop. Don't forget to water them! If you've got the Foraging skill Winter Seeds, you can craft them by combining one of each Winter forageable items: Crocus, Crystal Fruit, Snow Yam, and Winter Root.

Just dig, drop, and water! Winter Seeds need the cold to grow. Get your hoe, find some soil, and plant them during Winter. Easy-peasy, frosty-sneezy.

Honestly, winter seeds ain't worth the hassle. Just focus on your animals or go mining. Much better use of your Winter days in Stardew.
