Sorry to burst your bubble but there's no mode for 4 players to fight at once in Tekken.
Get Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and play in Pair Play mode. Two players tag-team for each team, and you can switch in real-time during the match. It's epic and chaotic fun!
You can't do actual simultaneous 4-player fight in Tekken Tag. But you can do 2-vs-2 tag battles, where each player controls one character of a team.
