How to Play Among Us with No Kill Cooldown
You gotta host a game, go to the 'Game' settings, and then set the 'Kill Cooldown' slider to its lowest setting (10 seconds). Sadly, there's no official way to have absolutely zero cooldown without mods.

From personal experience, the lowest you can go in the base game is 10 seconds. Anything lower than that could require mods or hacks, which might not be allowed in public games.
10 seconds is the lowest kill cooldown you can set in the standard game settings, so tweak that and call it a day!
