To jump into local multiplayer on Stardew Valley with your Switch, you gotta have another player with their own Switch and a copy of the game. First, open your game and head to the Co-op mode from the main menu. Then select 'Local Communication' and have the other player do the same. You should see each other's farms pop up. Select one and start farming together! Just remember, both need the game and a Switch. Happy farming!

Quick tip: If you wanna play Stardew Valley locally on the Switch, both players need their own Switch and game copy. Just hit up Co-op mode, choose 'Local Communication,' and link up. Farm away!

Honestly, local play on Stardew Valley? Just get everyone their own Switch and game. Stardew's worth it, but it's not split-screen friendly. Go online or go home.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
