You can use a standard deck of cards! Just assign each card type to a Phase 10 card. For example, use Ace through 10 for the numbered cards and Jack, Queen, King for Skip and Wild cards.
I've done this! Use regular playing cards. Aces = 1s, 2-10 as normal, Jacks = Skip, and Jokers = Wild. Works like a charm!
