You can power the quarry in MC Eternal using various energy sources like RF (Redstone Flux) from generators or batteries. For a quick start, hook it up to a basic generator like a Stirling Engine or an Advanced Solar Generator.
In my experience, the best way to power a quarry is with a combo of Magmatic Dynamos and an infinite lava source from the Nether.
Just slap some Solar Panels on top of your base and connect them to your quarry. Easy peasy!
