Build a proper boat house! Use the Hoe to raise the ground around a body of water and create a dock. Roof it up and wall it in to keep that precious boat safe from storms and boars!

To protect your boat in Valheim, make sure to park it in a harbor or dock that鈥檚 shielded from the ocean waves and enemies. You can build a simple quay with stone or wood, and add palisades or spikes around it to keep those pesky greydwarfs at bay.

Honestly, just park it away from the shoreline. Most of the damage comes from creatures wandering into it or storms tossing it around. No enemies, no damage.

I always build a dock with fences and a roof. It might seem over the top, but my boat has never been safer! Trust me, it's worth the extra effort.

Keep a few repair kits handy and check your boat regularly. A stitch in time saves nine!
