You gotta be the host! Click on the laptop in the lobby, navigate to 'Game' settings, then adjust 'Number of Impostors' to 2. Voila, double the sabotage!
Honestly, 1 imposter is usually enough. But if you insist, just tweak the setting in the game lobby via the laptop.
