Getting your chickens back into the coop in Stardew Valley is super easy! You don't have to do anything. Chickens automatically return to their coop at night. Just make sure the coop door is open during the day so they can go back in when it's time.

lol just leave the door open, they鈥檒l do the rest. It鈥檚 like they know where they live or something.

You actually don't have to manually put them back. Chickens in Stardew Valley are pretty smart and handle their bedtimes without any help. Just open the coop door in the morning, and they鈥檒l head out to peck around. They'll return to the coop and tuck themselves in when night falls. Just don't forget to close the door to keep them safe from any predators!
