You can't rebury carrots in Valheim once they've been harvested. You'll need to plant new carrot seeds to grow more carrots.

Harvested carrots in Valheim can't be replanted. Just use the seeds from carrots to grow fresh ones.

Once you pull carrots, they're out for good. Plant new seeds if you need more carrots.
