I got you! If you're on Steam, right-click Stardew Valley in your library, go to 'Properties', then 'Updates', and at the bottom, there's a 'Steam Cloud' section. See if there's a backup there. Worked for me when I thought I lost my farm!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you deleted your Stardew Valley save and it's not in the Recycle Bin, it might be gone for good. Always make backups!
