To refund a payment in PayPal, just log in to your account, go to 'Activity,' find the transaction you want to refund, click on it, and select 'Refund this payment.' Easy peasy!
You gotta go to Activity -> Open the transaction -> Hit Refund. Done.
I've done this a few times: log in, go to the Summary or Activity page, click on the transaction, and you'll see the refund option. Smooth sailing from there!
