To repair the bus in Stardew Valley, you gotta unlock the Calico Desert. First step, fix the Community Center's Vault Room or buy a JojaMart membership to repair it via the Joja Community Development Projects. The Vault bundle requires 42,500g in total to complete. Once you've done that, the bus outside your farm gets repaired, and voila, you can go to the Calico Desert!
