How to Report a Scam to PayPal
I had to report a scam once. Just go to PayPal's Resolution Center (you'll find it under 'Help') and file a dispute. They handled it quickly for me!

File a complaint in the Resolution Center on PayPal's site. Done and done.
Use the 'Report a Problem' function in PayPal's Resolution Center.
First, log into your PayPal account and go to the 'Resolution Center.' Follow the prompts to report the problem. Easy-peasy!
