If you're playing on Steam, go to your game library, right-click Among Us, select 'Properties,' then 'Local Files,' and hit 'Browse.' Delete the 'playerPrefs' file. Done.

In my experience, deleting the save files and reinstalling the game always did the trick! Easy peasy!
