Unfortunately, there's no official way to completely reset Episode - Choose Your Story. You can, however, uninstall and reinstall the app to start fresh on a new device ID. Keep in mind that you'll lose all your progress and purchases!

If you want to restart a specific story, just go to the story, tap the three dots in the lower right corner, and select 'Replay' to start over from the beginning!

You can't reset the whole game. Period. Just replay individual stories if you want a do-over.
