To reset the wind in Valheim, you can either sleep in a bed to skip the time forward or just set the wind manually using console commands. Just hit F5 to open console and type 'resetwind', and voilà, fresh breeze!

Sleeping in a bed will usually reset the wind for you. So, when in doubt—nap it out!
