Unfortunately, you can't directly change your age in Among Us once it's set. Your best bet is to reinstall the game and set the right age during initial setup. Just make sure you remember your purchases and progress won't carry over.

To reset your age, you need to delete and reinstall the game, and when prompted to enter your age, put the correct one. Be aware this will reset all settings and in-game progress.

I had to change my age too, and the only way was to reinstall Among Us. I lost my progress but learned my lesson!
