You can't rotate all items, but for furniture, a simple right-click does the trick on PC. On consoles, use the main action button. For crops and stuff? Nope, they grow as they please.

Depends on what you're trying to rotate! For furniture, just right-click while you're holding the item before placing it down. If you're using a controller, it's usually the ‘A’ button on Xbox and the ‘X’ button on PlayStation. But remember, not all items can be rotated, so if it's not working, that item might just be a square peg for a round hole.

Some items just won't budge, but for the ones that do, right-click or use your main action button. If you're trying to spin your crops into a new direction, though, no dice. They follow the sun, not your whims.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
