In my playthrough, Laura didn't shoot Ryan, and I made Ryan accept the werewolf blood bite. Both survived, so give it a try!
You need to make sure Laura doesn't shoot Ryan. Later, when Ryan is stabbed, choose to pull out the knife and accept the bite. Trust me, it鈥檚 not as bad as it sounds.
All you really have to do is keep Laura from harming Ryan and ensure Ryan pulls the knife out and accepts the bite. Simple as that!
Don鈥檛 let Laura shoot Ryan, avoid getting him stabbed, and you鈥檙e golden. Follow these steps, and they鈥檒l both make it.
