Use a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox to upload the world files and then share the link with your buddies. Easy peasy!
Just email the .db and .fwl files to your friend and tell them where to place them in their Valheim folder.
Dropbox is the way to go. I did it last week and worked perfectly!
