Just make sure both portals have the exact same tag name. Caps matter! If one says 'Home' and the other says 'home,' you're outta luck.

Collect the right materials, build a portal, and give it the same name as the other portal you want to link to. Easy peasy!

To set portals in Valheim, you need to first build a portal using 10 Greydwarf eyes, 20 fine wood, and 2 surtling cores. Once built, name the portal in the interface and then build another portal with the same name to link them. Happy teleporting!
