First-hand experience: I've set up an Among Us bot before. I used a pre-made bot script from GitHub and followed the instructions to link it to my Discord server. The bot made game coordination and tracking stats much easier!

You can also use Discord bots specifically designed for Among Us, like 'Among Us Bot' by Mat on the Discord Bot List. Just add it to your server, and follow the commands to get it running. Easy peasy!
